This Ramadan, RCF is dedicated to raising funds for the people of Gaza, in collaboration with our trusted partners at Human Concern USA. The devastating impact of war has left countless lives shattered and communities in dire need of support. In the face of such adversity, our generosity and compassion can make an immense difference.
Our fundraiser is dedicated to delivering essential aid to those struggling to rebuild their lives in the aftermath of war. We will be distributing both food parcels and hot meals, recognising that many in Gaza lack access to cooking facilities. Depending on the need, we will determine how funds are allocated between food parcels and hot meals to maximise their impact.
With your generous support, we can provide essential food parcels to sustain a family of five during times of hardship. Each parcel costs £74 to feed a family of five for one month, or £37 to provide support for two weeks. The food packs contain carefully selected staple items to meet immediate nutritional needs, including sugar, oil, cheese, tea, vegetables, rice, lentils, flour, chicken, chickpeas and beans.
However, the situation in Gaza remains volatile, presenting unpredictable challenges. Despite our unwavering commitment, we may encounter temporary disruptions or the need to adapt our humanitarian efforts to address evolving circumstances.
