Zakat al-Fitr (Fitrana) is a compulsory charity given at the end of Ramadan before the Eid prayer. It must be paid by every Muslim who has food beyond their needs and given on behalf of each member of the household.
The Prophet ﷺ said it is given to purify the fasting person and to provide food for the needy.
Through Refugee Crisis Foundation, your £5 per person Fitrana will be distributed to vulnerable families in Bangladesh, helping them access essential food so they can celebrate Eid with dignity.
Please ensure your Fitrana is paid before the morning of Eid so it can reach those in need on time.
