An Evening With Refugee Crisis Foundation

‘An evening with Refugee Crisis Foundation’ was RCF’s inaugural networking event, co-hosted by Single Use Dental Instruments at WeWork, Aldgate. We are proud to say that this was a very successful event as we received a large amount of positive feedback and interest.

We started the event with our journey as a charity from Calais, Greece to our current project for the Rohingya refugees in Bangladesh where we are providing medical and dental services, alongside welfare aid. The evening began with presentations of what our mission is as a charity, the projects we are seeking support for and how you can get involved.

Our volunteer dentists shared their personal experiences of treating refugees in the camps. This was followed by time for socialising and networking.

The event was attended by dental society members from King’s College London and Queen Mary’s University London as well as dentists, doctors and other professionals willing to volunteer for Refugee Crisis Foundation. It was lovely to meet such enthusiastic individuals who are willing to support us. We hope everyone enjoyed the evening and had a chance to learn more about our mission and how to get involved.

Many more events to come and big plans ahead from the RCF team!
